Bahn mi bread is outstanding. Portion of meat (got the pork) was hearty as was the veg. Downside: not much pickle flavor in the pickled veg --this is what I love in a bahn mi, some good acid taste to brighten up the taste and that was missing. Also ordered the vermicelli bowl. As with the bahn mi, very hearty portion and still missing the tart taste of pickle from the carrot and daikon. Got tofu added for the protein and the fish sauce for dressing and both had excellent flavor. Downside: my egg rolls were MIA. This is my favorite part of a vermicelli bowl. We also got the fresh rolls and were the best I've ever had. The peanut sauce that comes with is excellent too.

This is the second time I've been to this little hole in the wall, which should immediately tell you I love it!! It's a little ways away for me but I was in the neighborhood and of course I had to stop by. I'm so happy for the place it was packed!! (we still managed to snag a parking space) It's a small place with around 10 tables, mix of 2 and 4 seats nothing fancy but it doesn't need to be We ordered a beef and chicken banh mi, both were delicious, I added extra meat to my beef and OMG it's soooo good the bread was soft on the inside and a perfect delicate crunch on the outside and lots of meat and pickles (would recommend you always go for extra meat) The service was great, very quick and polite. We had ordered to go since we didn't see any empty tables but then managed to snag one and they immediately switched are sandwiches to baskets, very sweet of them Go enjoy the food, it's packed for a reason!

The best banh mi in Snohomish county. This place is behind a used tire shop and a farmer's market, the parking lot is a pain to get into, and they're only open 'til 6. Yup, sounds like a prototypical hidden gem to me! First of all, the banh mi is pretty perfect. Its not gonna be piled high with meat, if that's what you're hoping for, order double meat. But the meat has a ton of flavor. The banh mi is well balanced, on fresh baked french bread (they also own a bakery, where the bread comes from.) They put lots of jalapeno on it, so if that's too spicy for you, ask to order without. And the prices are very reasonable, you're not gonna pay more than 8 bucks for a sandwich. I love both the grilled beef and pork. I've heard good things about the pastrami, but haven't tried it yet. I've also tried the beef stew, the pho, and the bubble tea. They're all pretty good! I would say the pho and the bubble tea are nothing to write home about compared to your favorite spot, but they're solid, and I'd definitely order it again if I was there and that's what I was craving. The beef stew was loaded with beef! It was good and it comes with a french bread to dip it in. There was so much beef, I soaked up all of the stew with my bread and was left with beef and carrots in my bowl. If you like hearty, their beef stew provides. This family owned joint always seems to be busy. There are maybe 10 or so tables inside, so pretty small, with no decor of note. Everyone working there is very happy, kind and helpful. I love going out of my way to go to Yeh Yeh's. Its worth it.

The grilled pork banh mi was really good, and there's the option to order it with or without jalapeños in the sandwich. There are several tables where you can sit and enjoy the food after ordering at the counter. The sandwich was delicious with the combination of grilled pork, pickled vegetables, and bread.

Yeh Yeh's offers affordable, delicious banh mi sandwiches with crispy bread and flavorful options. The restaurant has a modest vibe and fast service, making it a great option for a satisfying meal. I tried the Grilled Pork and Asian Pulled Pork bahn mi they were both delicious and had tons of flavor.

The chicken is great but not sure what they did with the beef. Hidden jem behind wheel and fruit/veggy store. Plenty of seating but minimal parking. Service is great

Tucked away in a cozy corner, this hole-in-the-wall Pho joint may have limited seating, but its popularity speaks volumes. Stepping inside, the aroma of simmering broth sets the stage for an authentic experience. The banhmi sandwich was full of flavor and the baguette was very fresh. The bowl of pho offered us comfort on this gloomy day, with its rich, savory broth and tender noodles. Despite the humble surroundings, this hidden gem delivers a dining experience that keeps locals coming back for more, making it a must-visit and we are glad to have driven the half hour commute to try it.

Definitely do not leave this place without trying their infamous Pork Banh Mi. The freshly made bread was the standout. The broths are good. However, the quantity of meat, as was mentioned in other posts, is very small, so don't expect to get full off of it.
